Porch Appeal – Renovation

Tired of the original home's existing brick and formal style, the homeowners were ready for a change. Removed were the original exterior finishes, windows and front door and installed were a new front porch, new windows, trim and siding.

Also added were a garage stall, mudroom, powder room, family room, breakfast/planning room and second floor bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. Interior walls were rearranged to create a larger kitchen with walk-in pantry. New window seats, built-ins, millwork and interior trim complete the renovation.
