Project Details
Built in 1920 as a wedding gift from the parents of the bride, the current owners had outgrown this classic Chicago style brick bungalow. Keeping true to the original style, new space was added to both first and second floors.

New work includes first floor front porch, side entry foyer, custom stairs, family room, breakfast area and the second floor master suite. The home's original kitchen was expanded and updated and remains in the same location; the center of activity and the heart of the home.

Interior finishes include built-in cabinets, window seats and trim detailing that compliment the home's original style.
